Georges Niang and the Indiana Pacers ended their 2016 NBA Summer League Season with an 85-79 win over the Orlando Magic. Niang had 6 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists and a steal – like always, a little bit of everything.
Niang, Pacers end Summer League with a Win
Niang’s Summer League performance is very promising for him to make the Pacer’s NBA Roster in 2016.
Niang’s Final Lines: 23.5 Min, 10.2 PPG, 6.2 RPG, 2.6 APG
The Former Cyclone averaged 23.5 minutes per game – the second most on the team behind third year player, Glenn Robinson III. Niang also managed to average 10.2 points per game during the summer season, one of three Pacer’s to average double digits in Summer League this season.
It will be interesting to see if Niang does indeed make it to the show right off the bat, because of his unique style. He showed it off at Iowa State and continued to do it this summer.

Another great moment of the Summer for the All-American was finishing off this pass from Glenn Robinson III. The two youngsters seem to be connecting relatively well.

However, Niang’s 360-bank will forever be the most vintage shot in his arsenal, as displayed on Friday Afternoon.
