ISR Interview Grobbelaar
It was a busy week for Liverpool with two FA Cup matches. Liverpool legend, Bruce Grobbelaar, joined the International Sports Report’s Lins O’Connor and Peter Irvine on TSN 1050 Radio in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, to offer his take on the Reds.
Grobbelaar gave his opinion about Jürgen Klopp’s time with Liverpool; Bruce explained the Reds’ changed atmosphere under Klopp. He also detailed the importance of investing in young talent. Bruce Grobbelaar tried to understand and explain Raheem Sterling’s latest issues, whilst Grobbelaar forecasted where Liverpool will finish the season. Bruce then attempted to explain why the Reds have flourished on the road rather than at Anfield, whilst Grobbelaar compared Klopp to the managers he played under earlier in his career. Bruce later updated us on his coaching role with the Ottawa Fury FC of the NASL.
