Week 13 Two Start Pitchers to Stream

Welcome to the Last Word On Sports 2015 Weekly Two-Start Pitchers to Stream Report. This will be a series updated every week to give you pitchers that have two-start weeks and can help your fantasy lineup. These pitchers have good match-ups and are likely to be available on your league’s waiver wire. We here at LWOS want to provide you with the best up-to-date information available, and streaming pitchers weekly will improve your chances of winning a Fantasy Baseball Championship. Below is the Week 10 Two-Start Pitchers To Stream.

LWOS Week 13 Two Start Pitchers to Stream

Marco Estrada, SP, Toronto Blue Jays, Yahoo! Availability 73%

Probable Starts: 6/30 vs Boston; 7/5 @ Detroit

Marco Estrada has been on a tear lately, giving up only 1 run in his last 15.2 IP. In fact, Estrada flirted with a perfect game his last time out, allowing his first batter to reach with one out in the eighth. In his previous start, Estrada pitched 7 hit-less innings before giving up 2 hits and a run in the 8th. You could call those two starts lucky or improbable, but either way you cannot discredit the way Estrada’s pitching. Only owned in 27% of Yahoo! leagues, I recommend you add him in every league and start him while he’s on his hot stretch. There is no reason to let Estrada sit on the waiver wire while he is pitching at such a high level. And who knows, maybe next start he WILL throw a no-hitter.

Mike Montgomery, SP, Seattle Mariners, Yahoo! Availability 87%

Probable Starts: 6/30 @ San Diego; 7/5 @ Oakland

Mike Montgomery had a night to remember in his last start against the Royals, as he pitched a complete game shutout with 10 strikeouts and no walks. Impressive, right? Despite this success and a 2.04 ERA / 0.99 WHIP through his first 5 career starts, Montgomery is still owned in only 13% of Yahoo! Leagues. I recommend to add him in 10 team leagues or more, especially because of the good matchups he has this week. He will face two inconsistent offenses in the Padres and Athletics, and although both starts are on the road, he has the benefit of pitching in two pitchers parks. San Diego, as a team, have struck out the 2nd most times in June while the A’s are average in almost all offensive categories. Pickup and start Mike Montgomery this week.

Kendall Graveman, SP, Oakland Athletics, Yahoo! Availability 88%

Probable Starts: 6/29 vs Colorado; 7/4 vs Seattle

Kendall Graveman struggled to open the season and was sent down after he gave up 6 runs to the Astros on April 25th. However, since he was called up on May 23rd, Graveman owns a 2.31 ERA in 7 starts and has recorded a quality start in 6 of them. He’s pitching very well and should be picked up in 12 team leagues or deeper leagues. This week he will face the Rockies and Mariners with both starts coming at the O.co Coliseum. The Rockies matchup isn’t as scary as you think due to their inconsistency hitting away from Coors Field. In fact, the Rockies have scored the 7th fewest runs on the road this season. The Mariners are also struggling, except both at home and on the road. Seattle’s offense is nonexistent, as they have mustered the second fewest runs scored in June. Add Kendall Graveman from the waiver wire immediately, especially with the two good matchups he has this week.
