MLS Pick ‘Em 2015: Week  6 –  LA Galaxy v. Seattle Sounders FC

Last week, a win by DC United ran counter to all but one of our experts, Alec Rivera. As a result, just three of the experts have yet to get on the board, but that could all change this week. Let’s take a look at the standings:

The last time Los Angeles Galaxy and Seattle Sounders met, passage to the MLS Cup was on the line. While the stakes are much lower this early in the season, the Sounders and the Galaxy both have players that are exciting to watch. This one might be more about who isn’t on the field; the Galaxy lost two big players in the offseason in Landon Donovan and Marcelo Sarvas, and have yet to really find their replacements. The Sounders will be without the suspended Gonzalo Pineda, taking some bite and possession out of the midfield. Let’s see what our experts have to say.

However both teams are still trying to work out some early season kinks. Niether team will want to lose this one and although both teams have a lot of fire power up front they will want to play it safe this weekend and grab the point.
