Back in February, the Toronto Maple Leafs unveiled their new logo as an attempt to get back to the era of their winning ways and their roots. A move that coincides with the team’s 100th anniversary for the upcoming season. There will be some money to be gained from this as well. However, the move to a new logo and jersey will allow for the team to rid themselves of the jerseys that contain a logo which has been synonymous with failure and heartbreak.
Now that they introduced a new logo, we want to know what the jerseys will look like right?

New Toronto Maple Leafs Jerseys Leaked
Initially Leaf fans thought that they would have to wait until the draft to see the new jersey. However, thanks to someone’s mistake, it looks like the wait is over. Apparently the Maple Leafs decided to “leak” the jersey out through the team’s app and give the fans a taste of what the new jersey looks like or might look like, but like many leaked posts, it has since been deleted.
The logo didn’t change much when it was unveiled and they didn’t do anything to drastically change the jersey. It’s simple, yet classic look. The jersey resembles the jerseys from the glory years, which is what the team was trying to accomplish. The Maple Leafs look to get back to the franchise’s roots.
Whether you like the jerseys or not, this is truly a new beginning in Maple Leafs hockey. It all begins tomorrow night when Auston Matthews puts on the new jersey.
