Planning the Parade: Toronto Sports- Leafs TV’s Paul Hendrick & More

The inaugural episode of “Planning the Parade” features hosts Mitch Tierney & Arslan Siddiqui going through all things Toronto Maple Leafs, Marlies and Raptors.

Planning the Parade: Toronto Sports- Leafs TV’s Paul Hendrick & More

Featuring special guest Paul Hendrick from Leafs TV who was at the NHL Draft Combine, the boys got a sense of the situation around the draft and who the Leafs might select in the second round. Plus more on the goaltending situation in Toronto, can Jonathan Bernier bounce back? How will Lou Lamoriello acknowledge and address the weakness in goal? Who does Auston Matthews remind Hendrick of, when speaking to him? What other players in the draft will be Maple Leafs in the future?

Finally, the question is answered by Hendrick: Matthews or Patrik Laine?

Plus, Arslan also drops a bomb on a star player for the Leafs who he believes will be traded in the next three years. It will definitely leave you surprised.

The boys also welcomed Tamberlyn Richardson, host of the show “Tamberlyn’s Tip-Off”, and featured writer on Raptors Republic. Tamberlyn talked about the Raptors chances at Kevin Durant. Will the Raptors make a splash with a big acquisition? Are they open to spending big money to take the next step to becoming a championship team?

Finally, things at BMO Field have been very interesting. After a torrid spell in MLS, the Reds have looked quite good in the Voyageurs Cup games. Is Jozy Altidore being treated unfairly? Just how good is Molham Babouli? Inside his first five MLS starts, Babouli has already become a polarizing player. He is either hated or loved by fans. What makes him that type of player?

All this and more. Planning the Parade. Every week here on LWOS.
