According to the Dallas Morning News, the gunman pulled the gun out at approximately 2:45 a.m. Sunday morning and shot at a random bystander inside the club. Talib, who was also in the club, was hit in the lower right leg. The third victim was outside of the club when he was shot.

Talib was taken to Medical City Dallas Hospital in his Rolls-Royce. The other two victims, who have not been named, were also taken to a hospital with what is being called non life-threatening injuries.

Talib is expected to make a full recovery, but there is no timetable for his return to the team. The Broncos visited the White House on Monday to visit President Barack Obama to celebrate their victory over the Carolina Panthers in Super Bowl 50 back on Feb. 7 at Levis Stadium in San Francisco. Talib was not in attendance as he was just released from the hospital on Monday. The Broncos have yet to release a statement on Talib’s situation, either.

This wasn’t the first time Talib has run into trouble in a Dallas nightclub. Last year, Talib and his brother were involved in an altercation at the LUXX Club in Dallas. An employee at the club told police that someone fired a shot at the club while a fight between three men was being broken up.

Talib recorded 45 total tackles and three interceptions in 2015. He was also suspended one game for poking the eye of Indianapolis Colts tight end Dwayne Allen.

Talib began his NFL career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2008, where he would spend the next four seasons before joining the New England Patriots after the 2011 season. He signed with the Broncos in 2014.
