Cicciarelli, playing in his second professional match, entered the game against the Orange County Blues in the 62nd minute. In the 88th minute, Vince gathered a pass from Jamiel Hardware on the far side of the six yard box, flipped the ball back across to the near side and it trickled past the keeper to score the game winner and his first career goal.

In added time, Mike Ambersley sent a beautiful through ball into Cicciarelli who collected it behind the OC backline and with one touch, fired the ball through goalkeeper Brandon Miller’s legs to secure the 3-1 victory for Saint Louis FC.

Goalkeeper Ryan Thompson, who gave up a goal off a set piece in 24th minute against the Blues, appeared to misread the ball in the air and OC defender Brandon Griffiths managed to get his head on the ball for the first points of the game. Thompson responded in the 56th minute with a save on a penalty kick before leaving the game in the 59th minute with an injury.

Saint Louis FC returns to action on Saturday when it visits Oklahoma City Energy before returning home for its home opener against Tulsa Roughnecks FC on April 16. For more information, visit saintlouisfc.com.
