NBS Central recently sat down with former Stanford All-American and New York Liberty Star Candice Wiggins for an exclusive one on one interview.

Candice Dana Wiggins is a guard for the New York Liberty of the WNBA and for Beşiktaş Cola Turka Istanbul women’s team in Turkey. Wiggins played her college basketball at Stanford University, where she graduated as the all-time leading scorer in Stanford and Pac-10 women’s basketball history.

We talked about her college career, to include playing for legendary Stanford women’s head coach Tara VanDerveer.  We also talked about professional basketball career as well as her ongoing philanthropy with various organizations such as IRIS House.
