College Football Week 11 Preview

The stakes are soaring as November ages and the College Football Playoff Committee looks on with a critical eye.

Macy Golder of the GiantInsider.com joins MarkRogersTV in a Week 11 preview including ranked matchups with Baylor hosting Oklahoma, Alabama at Mississippi State and Memphis facing Houston.

The Bears’ 93rd ranked schedule completely flips to the other end of the charts in the season’s final weeks beginning with a visit from 8-1 Oklahoma. The Sooners bring the Big 12’s #1 ranked defense to Waco. The Bears counter with inexperienced Jarrett Stidham who passed his first major test in a closer than expected 31-24 victory at Kansas State. Stidham threw for 419 yards and three scores. Oklahoma must deal with possibly the nation’s top receiving duo in Corey Coleman and KD Cannon. Coleman is just five touchdowns shy of breaking Michael Crabtree’s record number from 2007

Will Bama let down following a mammoth win over then #2 LSU, 30-16. The SEC’s leading passer, Dak Prescott, is waiting to pull the upset against a Crimson Tide defense that held Leonard Fournette to 31 yards on 19 carries.

Meanwhile, Houston holds the final flicker of hope for the Group of 5. The 9-0 Cougars meet Paxton Lynch and #25 Memphis. Enjoy the breakdown.
