ONE Championship returned to China on Saturday, promoting their first show out of Guangzhou. It was the second time Asia’s largest mixed martial arts organization had showcased their talent in China – their previous “Dynasty of Champions” event taking place in Beijing in December.
In the main event Russian standout Timofey Nastyukhin defeated Yusuke Kawanago, taking less than two minutes to force the stoppage. The Guangzhou Tianhe Gymnasium also played host to two one-night tournaments in both the flyweight and featherweight divisions. Huang Di Yuan was the winner of the ONE Guangzhou Featherweight Tournament, while Wu Ze took the honors at flyweight.
Unlike the majority of ONE Championships’ events, Dynasty of Champions did not air live outside of China but will be available on pay-per-view from July 4. The full Dynasty of Champions results can be seen below.
