Suddenly Michigan has quarterbacks potentially. Along with the signing last week of prep standouts Zach Gentry and Alex Malzone, Jim Harbaugh announced the transfer of John O’Korn from Houston. In 2013 O’Korn was the AAC Rookie of the Year when he fired 28 TD passes. O’Korn’s performance plummeted in 2014 with 6 TD against 8 INT, resulting in a spot on the bench after five games. O’Korn won’t be eligible until 2016, but is expected to compete for the job unless someone emerges in a big way among Gentry, Malzone and Junior Shane Morris in 2015.
