Fantasy Profile: Evan Gattis C, Houston Astros

LWOS Ranking 7, Captains Value $4.33

Oso Blanco was traded from the Braves to the Astros in the offseason to make room for a better defensive catcher in Bethancourt.  Houstons catcher situation is also crowded with Castro and Conger.  This leads us to believe that Oso Blanco and his Paul Bunyan stance will find himself playing left field, first base, and DH.  Could this lead to more ABs?  First thought is yes and if it does Gattis could easily hit 30 plus bombs for Houston.  The only problem is Houston has options at each of those positions.  I have not adjusted his PA up yet.  Stay tuned and if it seems like he will play everyday his value goes up greatly.
