Athleticism: C+

Has plus athleticism, but uses his savvy to play faster than he is. Has good deep speed and fluidity to separate at all levels of the field. Lacks great burst and explosion, but accelerates smoothly and can accelerate out of his breaks, as well.

Catching: B-

Shows good hands to catch the ball outside of his frame and field the ball cleanly without dropping catchable passes. Focus appears to be good, but has some hesitation over the middle and was not targeted there very often. Able to adjust to low and high balls fairly well. Much better adjusting than his Rose Bowl performance would suggest. Leaping ability looks average and had trouble adjusting to passes thrown behind him.

Routes: B

Ran a good variety of routes and set up moves well which allowed to gain separation deep. More fluid than sharp, but defensive backs are at disadvantage when he comes out of his breaks and was able to get separation on short, over the middle routes. Lacks physicality and get pushed around, though was able to draw a lot of DPI and holding flags. Might struggle against press coverage, given his frame, physicality and initial burst.

After Catch: B-

Shows fluidity and flexibility to avoid direct hits and get separation from would-be tacklers. Has good vision and acceleration to turn the corner on the sidelines. Runs his feet on contact and is not content to go down when he is wrapped up. Will spin and fight for yards after contact.

Blocking: C

Lacked much effort as junior, but stepped it up some as a senior. Was more aware of defenders and ballcarriers, and was able to generate some movement against defensive backs. However, still looks content to act out routes rather than physically engage a defender.

Red Flags: Frame, Minor Durability Concerns

Bottom Line: Despite playing along some very talented future NFL players in past years, Rashad Greene was the most productive Seminole receiver for the past seasons. Greene has the football savvy and consistency to develop into an NFL starter, with some scheme versatility.

Comparison: Robert Woods

Grade: 8.1 (3rd Round)
