The first season of The Ultimate Fighter was capped off with Forrest Griffin defeating Stephan Bonnar in one of the most memorable fights of all-time.  Griffin would go on to win the UFC Light Heavyweight Title later in his career.

TUF 4

It should be noted that the winners of the fourth season, Travis Lutter and Matt Serra received UFC title shots as part of their reward for winning The Ultimate Fighter season 4.  While Lutter would lose to Anderson Silva, Serra defeated Georges St. Pierre in what was one of the biggest upsets in UFC history to that point.

Over the last several years, The Ultimate Fighter has been a constant production for the UFC.  The weeks in training and spent at the house are done so with the fighters believing that if they can stick it out and win their fights, the chance to fight in a UFC Octagon will come soon.  These stats give a look at who was able to successfully take advantage of that opportunity, and who didn’t see success after their stint on the show.
