In a Word is a week in sports recap column that recaps the major stories of the past week and sums them up, in just one word.
Little of This and That – In a Word – Peyton Manning Record, Percy Harvin Trade, Manny Pacquiao, Kansas City Royals, and More
This past week had a little bit of everything. It had some obnoxious people, a believer and some frustrated basketball players. The big story of the week was the Percy Harvin trade.
Not many people saw this coming but in reality it isn’t a big surprise that the Seattle Seahawks had enough of Percy “Peanut Brittle Harvin”.
My favorite sport story of the week is Peyton Manning setting the TD record. Manning is an unbelievably exciting player.
Kansas City Royals – Royal
San Francisco Giants – Walkoff
Percy Harvin – Traded
Shamil Tarpischev – Obnoxious
Joseph Randle – Underwear
WVU wins. WVU students Riot – Madness
Notre Dame Fighting Irish – Interference
Pete Rose – Believer
Blake Griffin – Enough
Kobe – Forty
Milan Lucic – Obscene
Vancouver Canucks – Unsold
New York Jets – Close
