Spartan Speed No Match for Ducks Flash

Oregon speed killed Michigan State power 46-27 in a Top Ten showdown on Saturday Night. MarkRogersTV reviews the plays the Ducks made and the Spartans failed as Oregon ripped off 28 consecutive points to put the game away in the second half. Marcus Mariota may have taken a major step in his Heisman candidacy with an 18 for 27 performance with 318 yards and 3 TD’s. Beyond the numbers, the Oregon Junior repeatedly escaped trouble and improvised in crucial moments during the Ducks’ second half spurt. Oregon also introduced the latest weapons in Redshirt Freshmen Royce Freeman (89 Rush Yards, 2 TD) and Devon Allen (3 Receptions, 110 Yards, 2 TD). While the Ducks take a major step toward the College Football Playoffs, does this outcome combined with a bad day from the Big Ten, kill Michigan State’s hopes?
