So What Does Gus Malzahn Do for an Encore?

Editor’s Note: LWOS is always looking for new and innovative ways to bring you the latest in sports news. Today, tune in to Mark Rogers and his college football video podcast that we bring you, the loyal LWOS readers. A long-time college football fan, Mark has been producing a video podcast for quite some time, as he now has over 800 shows on his website (http://markrogerstv.com).

Auburn made the greatest one-year turnaround in the history of college football in 2013. No, I haven’t checked the records. Yet the extremes of 0-8 in the SEC to conference champions and three lackluster wins overall to within seven seconds of holding the crystal trophy is still difficult to fathom. While Gus Malzahn has not stomped his foot and planted a flag, he has touched the mountain top. So, what’s next? Will Auburn maintain elite status by combining a talent laden roster with another touch of magic dust from the Plains? Or will the Tigers go the way of the post-Cam Newton edition that took an immediate six-win tumble before the ultimate Gene Chizik fell to the abyss? MarkRogersTV sizes up the challenges standing in Auburn’s path to a repeat and how fairly the SEC schedule rotation is treating the defending champs.

Mark has interviewed big time NCAA coaches Tommy Tuberville, George O’Leary, Troy Calhoun, Sonny Dykes, Blake Anderson, Bill Blankenship, Ron Caragher, Matt Wells, and more on his station.  In addition to these they feature analysis of the latest games, picks and point spreads, and coverage of the NFL and NBA.  Be sure to check back often as Mark Rogers will be sharing his best stuff right here at LWOS going forward.
