Hammer 177: Happy New Year and Post UFC 168 Thoughts

Hammer 177UFC 168: Weidman vs. Silva is over, and 2014 looks to be a year of young champions and absent legends. Chris Weidman retained the UFC Middleweight title after Anderson Silva’s leg shattered during a kick. We discuss the aftermath of that fight, Ronda Rousey’s continued streak of armbars, and all of the rest of the fights from last weekend.

Also we take a quick look at The UFC Fight Pass digitial service that launched this week, as well as the first event to be exclusively broadcast on it, UFC Fight Night: Saffedine vs. Lim from Singapore.
