Bye Week Came At Good Time For The Boys

With the Dallas Cowboys on a bye week, they will look to rebound against the New York Giants after a brutal loss to the New Orleans Saints. The NFC East is becoming a very tight but yet not impressive division. As the Eagles get a win over the Redskins today, they take the led in division with a record of 6-5.

The Cowboys bye week came at a good time as they will look to get healthier with Miles Austin and DeMarcus Ware looking like they will play against the Giants. As for Sean Lee, he did not tear his hamstring so the Cowboys should see him return to the field in a few weeks.

Their final two games of November against the Giants and then the Raiders looks promising, but as we all know nothing can be certain from the Jekyll and Hyde Cowboys. While they have been very shaky, Tony Romo has done well in the month of November in years past.

Job in Jeopardy?

If the Cowboys don’t make the playoffs, is Jason Garrett’s job in jeopardy? Since the Cowboys have been under Garrett, they haven’t been better than 3rd in the NFC East. Only the season will tell us but the remaining schedule does smell good.

Go Cowboys!!
