A Message To Tottenham: Attack On All Fronts!

For Tottenham, this is the year that the club need to go all out, across all competitions. Spurs have a fantastic squad of quality and depth and must push this squad to the limit and see exactly what they can do and how much they can achieve.

Spurs should treat every competition this year as important. The Premier League is just as important as all the other competitions, and if Spurs do believe in this then the team can win something this year. Of course, success is not guaranteed but how can it be obtained if they do not go all out in their quest for trophies? Sure, Spurs may get knocked out of some cups, but the cups we remain in must be treated with sincerity and attacked with tenacity.

As Spurs very own Bill Nicholson said, “It is better to fail aiming high than to succeed aiming low.” So, why aren’t Spurs taking what Bill said to heart and winning something? It’s been a while since the club last won a cup, that being the league cup, and it’s time to got back to winning ways! There should be a desire to give the fans something to cheer about, a moment in our lives that we shall remember forever.

Spurs should be running under the moto of “Let’s create history, let’s win a trophy!”

Any trophy is a fantastic accolade to collect, as would be a strong finish in the league. In my personal opinion the Europa league or the FA Cup would both be fine trophies to be able to lift. When I travel up to White Hart Lane next month, when Spurs play FC Sheriff in the Europa League group stages, I hope to see the future Europa League winners win that night.

Yes, Tottenham Hotspur, Europa League winners 2013/2014. Why not?
