A Pint of NFL *Special Edition*: The Super Bowl – Beer Connection

As the biggest day in sports quickly approaches, football fans are beginning to put final touches on their Superbowl plans for Sunday’s game.  One inevitable point on most to-do lists is the purchasing of libations – which beer will everyone like?  Do I get a light beer or stick to the regular lager and ales?  So many choices, so little time.

Superbowl, well football in general, and beer seem to go hand in hand. Somewhat of a stereotype as we are slowly being exposed to a new refined “homegating” fan, beer is still a must have at every part.  Want proof?  Glad you asked.  Courtesy of our friends at SaveOnBrew.com, Last Word On Sports brings you an infographic that we hope sheds some light on just how synonymous beer and the Superbowl really are.

By the way, be sure to check back right here at LastWordOnSports every day leading up to the big game, as we bring you unique, cutting edge ways to make YOUR Superbowl  “Homegating” party a thing to remember.
