The early Super Rugby 2019 marvel has been the innovative match between the South African teams and Marvel.
The Super Rugby 2019 Marvel
The jerseys are the result of a collaboration between SA Rugby, DStv, SuperSport, Marvel and Vodacom. The teams will be wearing them on #SuperHeroSunday, 3 February. The South African teams will play a double header at Cape Town Stadium. The will also be used during a number of the local derbies during Super Rugby 2019.
Aside from adding a fun element to the day, with fans being encouraged to dress up as their favourite Super Hero, jersey sales are certainly set to increase

Emirates Lions
The Lions will take on the look of Spider Man.
Cell C Sharks
The Sharks will retain their traditional black colour, with a Black Panther slant.
DHL Stormers
The Stormers will represent the mighty Thor.
Vodacom Bulls
The Vodacom Bulls will don a Captain America inspired jersey.
This seems to be unique arrangement between the parties involved and hopefully it adds some fun to the game day experience.
