The Week 10 Rams vs Dolphins matchup features two franchises moving in drastically different directions. Los Angeles (4-4) is fresh off a thrilling overtime victory over the Seattle Seahawks in which they salvaged the first half of their season. With star duo Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua now healthy, the Rams have the firepower to make a serious postseason push in a surprisingly weak NFC West.
Meanwhile, Miami (2-6) has experienced a nightmare season. Star quarterback Tua Tagovailoa missed significant time due to another concussion. As such, the Dolphins’ offense has struggled mightily, with playmakers like Tyreek Hill, Jaylen Waddle, and others suffering sub-par seasons. They must capitalize on home-field advantage to save their season.
Tua Tagovailoa and Miami are Desperate for a Season-Saving Victory Against Matthew Stafford in a Thrilling Monday Night Football Battle.

Rams vs Dolphins Prediction
LA Rams 21, MIA Dolphins 24
The Rams’ offense is finally poised for a breakout. Matthew Stafford and Kyren Williams have been rare pillars of consistency in LA’s offense. However, the infusion of Cooper and Nacua, combined with breakout star Demarcus Robinson, gives the Rams one of the more complete and dangerous offenses in football. While Los Angeles’ defense, which ranks in the bottom third of the league in yards per game allowed, could anchor the club’s upside, the Rams have everything they need to compete each week.
Unfortunately the Dolphins were unable to salvage their season last week. While the team performed admirably against the juggernaut Bills, Miami fell just short as Buffalo kicked a game-winning field goal in the waining seconds to send the club t0 a heartbreaking 2-6 record. The franchise, which had legitimate Super Bowl hopes at the beginning of the season, now has only an 11% chance to crack the AFC postseason field.
Thankfully, the Rams’ porous secondary ranks 23rd in football at containing the pass, allowing 225.6 passing yards per game. Stars like Hill and Waddle are primed to finally break out of their slumps and give Miami the boost they so desperately need.
Rams vs Dolphins Best Bets
Tyreek Hill Over 100 Receiving Yards (+235)
Hill has been one of the most disappointing players in the NFL so far. Universally through of as one of the most dangerous playmakers in the game, the multi-time Pro-Bowler has been limited to just 55.8 yards per game and just one touchdown.
In many ways, the Dolphins success is predicated on Hill’s ability to stretch the field and terrorize opposing defenses. Expect Mike McDaniel to pull out all the stops as he attempts to save the year, and possibly his job, in a Hill-heavy offensive attack.
Miami’s #1 receiver is a lock to surpass his 73.5 over/under, and should have no trouble eclipsing the 100 receiving yard mark. Bet the over with confidence!
Jaylen Waddle Over 41.5 Receiving Yards (-110)
Miami’s co-star is also set for a big day. Waddle is already averaging 38.8 receiving yards per game this season, despite Tua missing much of the season. Now, the former Alabama star gets the benefit of a healthy quarterback, a poor pass defense, and a high scoring game script.
There is a real possibility that Waddle hits the over on a single reception in this game. He is also a smart bet to find the end zone at some point in the matchup (+175)
Cooper Kupp Over 64.5 Receiving Yards (-110)
Kupp may face a difficult challenge matched up against Miami superstar Jalen Ramsey. However, co-star Nacua may also draw Ramsey’s attention.
The Rams will need to rely on their offense in this high-scoring affair. Expect Kupp to break a couple bigs plays have no trouble surpassing 65 receiving yards.
