What a great week of football. This column will analyze a player at each position rostered in 50 percent of Yahoo leagues or less each week. For reference, the threshold used for Wins and Losses in this article will be if the quarterbacks can score at least 17 points, if the tight ends can score at least eight PPR points, and if the rest can score at least 10 PPR points. Here are the Week 17 streamers.

Week 17 Streamers
Quarterback – Jake Browning (CIN – 45%) @ KC
Not much was known about Jake Browning just a couple of months ago. Now he’s at the helm of a good Cincinnati Bengals offense and looking to lead them to the playoffs in Joe Burrow’s absence. Browning has played fairly well over the last four weeks. He’s scored at least 19 fantasy points in all four of those games and scored at least 22 fantasy points in three of the four games. Browning has been getting it done in fantasy even in bad matchups and losses. This week’s matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs looks tough on paper but the game environment should help. Right now the Bengals are 6.5-point underdogs so the projected game script should be in favor of more dropbacks for Browning. The combined total currently sits at 45.5 points which is nice as well. The Bengals have been ineffective running the ball so they will likely continue to rely on Browning to lead the offense. Everything lines up for Browning to be one of the best Week 17 streamers among quarterbacks.
Honorable Mentions – Joe Flacco (CLE – 33%) v NJY, Gardner Minshew II (IND – 31%) v LV
Running Back – Khalil Herbert (CHI – 45%) v ATL
Khalil Herbert entered the 2023 season as the lead running back for the Chicago Bears after David Montgomery departed in free agency. The Bears drafted Roschon Johnson and brought in D’Onta Foreman, but it was expected that Herbert would lead the committee. That’s how it went initially before Herbert got banged up and the other two ate more into the workload. However, Foreman was ruled out this week, and Herbert took control of the backfield again. He handled 20 carries for 112 yards and a touchdown. Herbert also caught one of his two targets for another nine yards. The matchup this week is tougher than last week’s as he takes on the Atlanta Falcons. Ultimately, though, this one is all about touch volume. If Foreman is out once again, Herbert should be considered to be one of the best Week 17 streamers at running back.
Khalil Herbert
⁃ 19.1 Fantasy Points Week 16
⁃ 22 Total OpportunitiesD’Onta Foreman was out due to personal matters- it’s unclear when he’ll return…
Herbert is in line for 20+ touches again if Foreman doesn’t play.

Honorable Mentions – Tyjae Spears (TEN – 45%) @ HOU, Kenneth Gainwell (PHI – 28%) v ARI
Wide Receiver – Rashid Shaheed (NO – 44%) @ TB
Rashid Shaheed was insanely efficient as a rookie. The hope was that would carry over into his Sophomore season along with more volume. That hasn’t necessarily been the case but he has flashed that upside and promise at times throughout this season. Shaheed has four games with at least 18.30 fantasy points this year. He also has eight games with less than eight fantasy points. It’s safe to say he’s been a bit of a rollercoaster. This past week was one of Shaheed’s good games. He caught five of his nine targets for 70 yards and a touchdown. He also carried the ball one time for four yards. Shaheed finished with 18.40 fantasy points. This week he has a good chance of carrying that momentum over in a nice matchup as the New Orleans Saints take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Buccaneers have allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to wide receivers this season. The last time these two teams faced was early in the season and Shaheed was able to draw seven targets. Unfortunately, he only caught three of them for 33 yards. His luck should be much better this time around and he makes for one of the best Week 17 streamers.
Honorable Mentions – Demario Douglas (NE – 21%) @ BUF, Josh Palmer (LAC – 45%) @ DEN
Tight End – Gerald Everett (LAC – 42%) @ DEN
The Los Angeles Chargers season has been collapsing. Many of their best offensive players are hurt and so they’ve been relying on other pieces for offensive production. Gerald Everett has been one of those guys specifically. He’s seen eight targets in each of the last three weeks. Everett has also caught at least four passes in five straight weeks now. Over those five weeks, he’s hit the eight-point threshold all five times and is averaging 10.4 fantasy points over that span. This week he should keep those streaks alive as he gets a juicy matchup against the Denver Broncos. The Broncos defense has improved from early in the season but has still allowed the most fantasy points to tight ends this season. The Chargers also enter this game as 5.5-point underdogs which should allow for more dropbacks. Add it all up and Everett looks like one of the best Week 17 streamers among all tight ends.
For anyone who got to their fantasy football championship with TJ Hockenson, Gerald Everett might be the best pivot.
He's seen 8 targets in every game with Easton Stick and faces off against a Broncos defense which is allowing the most points to opposing fantasy tight ends. https://t.co/u2n7FffcGA
