What a great week of football. This column will analyze a player at each position rostered in 50 percent of Yahoo leagues or less each week. For reference, the threshold used for Wins and Losses in this article will be if the quarterbacks can score at least 17 points, if the tight ends can score at least eight PPR points, and if the rest can score at least 10 PPR points. Here are the Week 11 streamers.

Week 11 Streamers
Quarterback – Joshua Dobbs (MIN – 50%) @ DEN
The legend of Joshua Dobbs just keeps growing. Before the season started he was a backup for the Cleveland Browns. They traded him to the Arizona Cardinals where he played well at times before getting dealt to the Minnesota Vikings just over a week ago. This is where things get crazy. Dobbs was expected to be a backup last week but was forced into action after Jaren Hall went down with an injury. Dobbs didn’t even know the plays or even teammates names very well and they didn’t know his cadence but he led an incredible comeback victory on his way to 24.92 fantasy points. The encore performance this week was more of the same as Dobbs scored 25.12 fantasy points. Over the last two weeks, he’s been using his legs more as he has 15 carries for 110 yards and two scores on the ground. He’s been good as a passer too with 426 passing yards, three touchdowns, and no interceptions. This week he gets a juicy matchup against the Denver Broncos who have allowed the most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. Keep riding the Dobbs train this week as he’s one of the best Week 11 streamers among quarterbacks.

Honorable Mentions – Jordan Love (GB – 43%) v LAC, Russell Wilson (DEN – 47%) v MIN
Running Back – Ty Chandler (MIN – 8%) @ DEN
From one Viking to another, Ty Chandler looks like this week’s waiver wire prize at running back after Alexander Mattison left with a concussion. More often than not, players have missed the following week if they suffer a concussion. That would give Chandler an opportunity to show what he can do in the featured role. This week he produced 45 yards and a touchdown on 15 carries in relief duty. Chandler has shown he has some speed and explosiveness and this would be the perfect matchup to show that off. As previously mentioned, the Broncos defense gets shredded by opposing quarterbacks. They also aren’t good at stopping running backs either as they’ve allowed the seventh-most fantasy points to the position this season. If Mattison is out, as should be expected, Chandler should be considered one of the best Week 11 streamers at running back.
Honorable Mentions – Keaton Mitchell (BAL – 47%) v CIN, Devin Singletary (HOU – 50%) v ARI
Wide Receiver – Noah Brown (HOU – 24%) v ARI
It looks like it’s time to start taking Noah Brown seriously. Last week he blew up for 30.3 fantasy points by catching all six of his targets for 153 yards and a touchdown. This week he decided to top 150 yards again as he caught seven of his eight targets for 172 yards on his way to 27.2 fantasy points. Robert Woods missed the last game and Nico Collins missed this game so it will be interesting to see what Brown’s role will be when all the pass catchers are healthy. That being said, the coaching staff for the Houston Texans would be wise to continue to play him heavily (alongside Nico Collins and Tank Dell) as they put the ball in C.J. Stroud’s hands early and often. The matchup this week is also a great one against the Cardinals. They haven’t been a good defense and just got Kyler Murray back so should be even more competent on offense. This game is also being played in a dome which is a nice boost for passing offenses. Brown should be able to keep the good times going and is one of the better Week 11 streamers among wide receivers.

Honorable Mentions – Rondale Moore (ARI – 9%) @ HOU, Elijah Moore (CLE – 42%) v PIT
Tight End – Chigoziem Okonkwo (TEN – 26%) @ JAX
Chigoziem Okonkwo was one of the most popular “sleeper” tight ends heading into the season by many fantasy analysts, myself included. It hasn’t gone quite as expected. Okonkwo has not scored double-digit fantasy peoples in a single game this season. That has as much to do with the Tenessee Titans offense being horrible as it does with him. Almost the entire offense has been a letdown this year or banged up. There have been plenty of times where a big game was very close for Okonkwo so it feels like only a matter of time until he has a big game. He’s still been seeing good usage as he’s seen at least 4 targets in all but two games this season. This week he gets a solid matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Jaguars are not a matchup to avoid and the Titans should be trailing so the projected game script should be in Okonkwo’s favor this week. Add it all up and he looks like one of the best Week 11 streamers at the tight end position.
Honorable Mentions – Cade Otton (TB – 22%) @ SF, Luke Musgrave (GB – 23%) v LAC
