Check out the eight toughest games on the Dolphins 2019 schedule.

Miami Dolphins Easiest Games of 2019

9. Week 10: at Indianapolis Colts

The matchup with the Colts drastically changed when Andrew Luck surprisingly announced his retirement. Even though Luck will not be on the team, the Colts roster is still in very good shape and Jacoby Brissett is capable of winning games. The Dolphins will have to capitalize on their chance to attack Brissett who has spent most of his career as a backup.

10. Week Seven: at Buffalo Bills

The Bills look to take the next step after adding defensive reinforcements to an already solid unit and having Josh Allen take the next steps in his growth. Division games are always tough and with a second-year quarterback, Brian Flores and the Dolphins defense may be able to get to him and make his day tough with disguised defenses and blitzes.

11. Week 14: at New York Jets

The Jets, just like the Bills, look to take the next step with second-year quarterback Sam Darnold and added reinforcements to their defense. The Dolphins usually play the Jets well and the Dolphins will look to have that trend continue. Just like playing the Bills, a disguised defense and blitzes will be key against the Jets second-year quarterback.

12. Week 11: vs Buffalo Bills

The Dolphins must take advantage of the South Florida heat in this matchup with the Bills. Later in the season, the Bills will be shocked by the weather. The Dolphins must pound the rock, grind the clock and wear out the defense to win this game.

13. Week 9: vs New York Jets

Adam Gase gets his first shot at his former team. The Dolphins will need to limit Le’Veon Bell and the offense, control the football, and play mistake-free. Gase knows a lot of the Dolphins personnel, so the key would be stifling the Jets offense with multiple defensive looks and take the football away.

14: Week 15: at New York Giants

The Giants do not look like a strong team on paper, but an away game for the second straight week in the Meadowlands will be tough for the Dolphins. With that being said, they are one of the closest teams on paper talent-wise to the Dolphins. The key will be to shut down star running back Saquon Barkley. If they succeed, the Dolphins can leave the northeast with a win.

15: Week 6: vs Washington Redskins

The Redskins are entering the season with Case Keenum starting, but rookie Dwayne Haskins will be lurking behind him. If Keenum struggles, will the Dolphins face Haskins? This is a very winnable game for the Dolphins. The Redskins are not stocked with talent and having the game in South Florida is a huge plus.

16: Week 16: vs Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals enter the season with a new head coach and not many expectations, just like the Dolphins. Many believe that both teams are in line for a top-five draft pick when the season’s over. This game will come down to Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton and how he performs, but if his career is any indication of his performance, it could range from great to bad. The key for the Dolphins will be limiting running back Joe Mixon and wide receiver A.J. Green on the offensive side and limit defensive lineman Geno Atkins. Again, having this game in South Florida makes it a very winnable game for the Dolphins.
