A native of Southern California, now living in North Carolina, he has been working in broadcast, print and digital media for nearly 30 years. He is on the Board of Directors for the Football Writers Association of America. That makes him one of the 20 panelists who cast the final vote each year for the FWAA All-American team, the Outland Trophy, and the Nagurski Award. Tony is also a voter for the Biletnikoff Award, Lombardi, Groza, Broyles, Eddie Robinson, and Ray Guy awards.
