The CFB World Is Watching Duke

All-ACC Selections

As we near the ACC championship game in Charlotte on Saturday night, the conference announced the results of the voting by 71 voters, (54 media members and all 17 conference coaches). Clemson topped all schools with 10 players making first, second, or third-team All-ACC. SMU, Miami, and Duke were next with eight players selected. Miami had the most first-team selections with four.

The numbers in the parentheses represent the points accumulated in the votes for that position. Three points were awarded for each first-team selection. Two points are given for each second-team selection. One point is given for each third-team selection. For example with 207 points, Cam Ward and Omarion Hampton got 69 of 71 votes for the first team all-conference, (69 x 3 =207).
