Miami fills a big need with another key early signing. The highly rated recruiting class that the University of Miami has managed to keep intact for over a year expects immediate impact from this signing.
Brevin Jordan Inks Early With Miami
Brevin Jordan is rated among recruiting services as one of the top tight ends in the country. He signs with Miami having been committed to the Hurricanes for over eight months. The Las Vegas native will compete in the Under Armour all star game.He also plans to wait until Summer to enroll in Miami.
Miami Mentality
Although Jordan is from out west, he is familiar with the Miami program and the tradition of great tight ends that come from the school. Another thing that Jordan is familiar with is winning. He comes from a storied high school program in Bishop Gorman. The high school is nationally ranked every year and has won nine consecutive state titles in Nevada.
After his commitment Jordan took the initiative to help recruit other top prospects to come play alongside him at the University of Miami. The depth chart favors Jordan to see early playing time after the graduation of Chris Herndon and with Michael Irvin II being the only returning tight end to receive large playing time.
