Alexander Bublik vs Quentin Halys

Head-to-head – Bublik 0-1 Halys
>Alexander Bublik and Quentin Halys meet again in an intriguing matchup, with both players having looked excellent this week. Halys has continued to build on a solid 2026 campaign, while Bublik has enjoyed an excellent season that has already included a title. The Kazakh has used his variety, creativity, and ability to constantly change the rhythm of rallies to frustrate opponents throughout the year.

The two players met just last week in Gstaad, with Halys coming through a tight three-set battle that was ultimately decided by a third-set tiebreak. That result should give the Frenchman plenty of confidence, but Bublik will also have gained valuable information from the encounter. With both players possessing strong serves and aggressive games, another tight contest is likely, and at least one tiebreak would not be surprising.

Halys should once again be able to stretch Bublik and make this a competitive battle, but the Kazakh may be better prepared this time around. Bublik’s willingness to go for his shots in the biggest moments could prove decisive, particularly if the match again comes down to a few pressure points which it should given their form and previous meeting. Expect another close contest, but Bublik should edge it this time in three sets.
Prediction: Bubik in 3
