Alex de Minaur in action ahead of ATP Den Bosch.

ATP Den Bosch Semifinal Prediction: Alex de Minaur vs Adrian Mannarino

The 2026 edition of the ATP Den Bosch Open has seen its fair share of rain but despite that the quality of tennis has been top notch. Five men remain in contention for the trophy, including the second seed Alex de Minaur facing off Adrian Mannarino in the first semifinal whilst Daniil Medvedev will take on Kamil Majchrzak in the second semifinal in the Netherlands.

ATP Den Bosch Semifinal Prediction

Alex de Minaur vs Adrian Mannarino

Head-to-head: de Minaur 4-1 Mannarino

Alex de Minaur has enjoyed an excellent week so far, reaching this stage without dropping a set. In contrast, Adrian Mannarino has needed three sets in each of his matches, spending considerably more time on court. De Minaur also leads the head-to-head 4–1, although their only previous grass-court meeting came at Den Bosch four years ago–which Mannarino won. This promises to be an intriguing battle between two players who are very comfortable on the surface.

Mannarino will likely look to take time away from de Minaur with his flat, skidding groundstrokes, but the Australian’s movement and stamina could prove decisive over the course of the match. De Minaur has been extremely consistent from the baseline this week and has shown a willingness to be more aggressive when opportunities arise. Mannarino may be able to grab a set, but de Minaur’s speed and reliability should allow him to wear the Frenchman down and progress.

Prediction: de Minaur in 3

Daniil Medvedev vs Kamil Majchrzak

Head-to-head: Medvedev 1-0 Majchrzak

Daniil Medvedev had to work hard for his place in the semifinals but ultimately got the better of Marin Cilic in three sets in a rain-impacted match played over the course of two days. It remains to be seen whether that will effect the Russian in the semifinals given that he will have had significantly less time to recover than his opponent, Kamil Majchrzak.

The Pole also tested him in their only previous meeting earlier this season in Brisbane, winning the first set before the Medvedev rallied to win in three. A similarly close contest would be not be surprising this time around. But although Majchrzak has played well so far this week at ATP Den Bosch and Medvedev has not had a particularly impressive season, in the end the Russian’s greater quality should prove to be decisive.

Prediction: Medvedev in 3
