Hamad Medjedovic has won four of his last five matches. Two weeks ago, Medjedovic represented Serbia in the Davis Cup. He defeated Rune and lost against Moller. Hamad won the opening round match against Collignon this week in Marseille in straight sets. He was great under pressure, saving all five breakpoints he offered. In the second round, Medjedovic upset Khachanov in straight sets. At the beginning of the season, Medjedovic played in Oeiras, winning the Challenger title on indoor hard courts. Today, in the quarterfinals, Hamad defeated Altmaier in three sets. His biggest result happened in Belgrade, where he finished runner-up at an ATP 250 tournament. It is his first appearance in Marseille.
