According to the bookies, Monfils is the huge favorite in this matchup, and we partially agree. He turns 39 this year, and he had a rough first-round match. Before that, Monfils won the title in Auckland, so we expect him to be tired tomorrow. On the other hand, Altmaier is always a dangerous player with a solid serve. We expect him to keep this match tighter than the bookies think.

Miomir Kecmanovic has won three of his last five matches. Last week in Adelaide, Miomir reached the semifinals, losing against Korda in straight sets. In the opening Australian Open round, Miomir defeated Lajovic in five tight sets. Last year in Melbourne, Kecmanovic reached the fourth round, losing against Alcaraz in straight sets. Miomir has never made it past the fourth round in the Australian Open.
Best Bet to Make
According to the bookies, Hurkacz is the favorite in this match, and we agree. Hubert showed better tennis in the opening round of the Australian Open. We believe that under these conditions, Hurkacz will be a better player and dominate this match from the start until the end.
