Last year, Parker broke out for Cardinal Ritter College Prep with 1,644 yards and 22 touchdowns on 147 carries. He showed flexibility with 267 yards and four touchdowns off 16 receptions out of the backfield. Before that, he missed his sophomore season but did rush for 243 yards and four scores as a freshman.

Parker has home-run-hitting ability and possesses track speed. His 11.2 yards per carry as a junior came from his ability to score from anywhere on the football field. Rhule can utilize Parker’s elusiveness ability to run away from defenders at any juncture. After adding a bit of mass at the collegiate level, Parker could be an option to flex out to the slot in addition to his backfield duties.

Parker’s high school coach, Brennan Spain spoke to 247Sports and gushed about his rising senior star. “He’s very dynamic and explosive. He’s able to make nothing out of something and can make something that’s wrong right. You can see where he can add another 15 to 20 pounds. He has a track background and he’s an all-around player. He’s not a running back that has a lot of wear and tear, he’s not banged up.”

As a freshman, he also ran track and posted a 10.99-second 100-meter dash.
