Last Word on College Football 2017 Bowl Projections (Pre-Championship Week Edition)

Last Word On College Football Week 13 Bowl Projections

It’s the final week until championship week is upon us. Miami nearly found out the hard way that in November you have to be ready to play each week. Looking at this weeks slate, there are a few games that should be interesting in terms of pure trap games on the road. Georgia travels to Atlanta to play Georgia Tech where the Yellow Jackets are looking to become bowl eligible. Ohio State faces Michigan in Ann Arbor with the Buckeyes still having an outside chance at the playoffs. Finally, Wisconsin will take their undefeated record on the road to conclude the regular season against Minnesota.  How might these games impact our 2017 Bowl Projections?

The biggest game that will impact the College Football Playoff will take place on the plains. Alabama faces their arch rival at Jordan-Hare as the Crimson Tide and the Auburn Tigers face off. Alabama could possibly have a path to the playoff even with a loss, but Auburn is out of the playoff mix with a loss. Also, Miami and Clemson are on a collision course in Charlotte for the ACC championship game but must face road tests against Pittsburgh and South Carolina respectively.
