ATP Indian Wells Best Bets Including Carlos Alcaraz vs Daniil Medvedev

The ATP Masters 1000 Indian Wells semifinals feature two blockbuster clashes between the tournament’s biggest contenders. Alcaraz faces Medvedev in a battle of red-hot form, while Zverev takes on Sinner in a high-level showdown for a place in the final. With elite players left in the draw, the margins are small, and the betting angles become even more interesting.

ATP Masters 1000 Indian Wells semifinals

Alcaraz – Medvedev: 14.03.2026 23:00 CEST
H2H: 6-2

Carlos Alcaraz has won eighteen straight matches. He has yet to lose a match this season. This week in Indian Wells, the Spaniard demolished Dimitrov in the opening match in straight sets. He offered and saved only one breakpoint. However, in the second round, Alcaraz lost the opening set against Rinderknech, but turned the match around. After losing his serve at the beginning of the second set, Alcaraz stepped up his level and dominated until the end. In the 1/8-Finals, the Spaniard won against Ruud in straight sets, without offering any breakpoints. In the quarterfinals, Alcaraz defeated Norrie in straight sets comfortably.

Daniil Medvedev has won nine straight matches. Last week in Dubai, Medvedev won the ATP 500 title. He was the finalist here twice and has yet to win the title. This week, the Russian defeated Tabilo in the opening match in straight sets. He offered no breakpoints. In the third round, Medvedev demolished Baez in straight sets. He offered and saved four breakpoints. Michelsen stood no chance against the Russian in the 1/8-Finals. Medvedev dominated in both sets. In the quarterfinals, Medvedev defeated Draper in straight sets, offering and saving only one breakpoint.

Best Bet to Make

According to the bookies, Alcaraz is the favourite in this matchup, and we agree. The Spaniard dominated in the past three head-to-head meetings on hard courts against Medvedev. We expect Alcaraz to get a comfortable win.

That being said, Alcaraz covering the games handicap is a value bet.

Zverev – Sinner: 14.03.2026 21:30 CEST
H2H: 4-6

Alexander Zverev has won four of his last five matches. This week in Indian Wells, Zverev defeated Berrettini in the opening match in straight sets. He offered no breakpoints throughout the match. In the third round, Zverev won a three-set thriller against Nakashima after playing for almost three hours. Tiafoe stood no chance against Zverev in the fourth round. The German won in straight sets, saving both breakpoints. In the quarterfinals, Zverev demolished Fils in straight sets, saving all three breakpoints.

Jannik Sinner has won four of his last five matches. This week in Indian Wells, Sinner demolished Svrcina in the opening match in straight sets. He offered and saved only one breakpoint. The Italian defeated Shapovalov in the third round in straight sets. In the 1/8-Finals, Sinner defeated Fonseca in two tiebreaks. The Italian saved three consecutive set points in the opening set tiebreak. In the quarterfinals, Sinner demolished Tien in straight sets.

Best Bet to Make

According to the bookies, Zverev is the heavy underdog in this matchup, but we disagree. Sinner has yet to win the title this season. On the other hand, Zverev dominated against Tiafoe and Fils. If the German serves well, we expect him to keep this match close.

That being said, Zverev covering the games handicap is a value bet.
