Cameron Norrie might just turn his season around at the very last moment. Despite struggling with the things that usually made him great in recent weeks (including consistency and shot tolerance), he’s back in an ATP Tour semifinal with three deciding-set wins in a row. Corentin Moutet got a retirement from Sumit Nagal in the opening round and then posted a tough victory over Jan-Lennard Struff, which took him directly to the semifinals after Andrey Rublev’s withdrawal. While Moutet won their last indoor meeting (2022 ATP 1000 Paris), it seems like the heavily battle-tested Norrie might have played himself into form by enough to be considered the favorite of this clash.

Alex Michelsen vs Benjamin Bonzi
Head-to-head: First meeting
Benjamin Bonzi almost won three Challenger titles in three weeks recently, coming up just short with three match points squandered against Otto Virtanen in the Brest final. It didn’t take him long to recover for this event with five matches won in straight sets already. After a tough season, he found some of the best form of his career in the French indoor swing. On the other hand, Alex Michelsen has survived some crazy matches against Richard Gasquet (2 match points saved) or Bu Yunchaokete. Feels like indoors Bonzi will have a good chance at rushing Michelsen, for whom aggression doesn’t come this naturally.
