The WTA Livesport Prague Open semifinals will be contested on Saturday. Four competitors are left in the tournament, and three of them are ranked. We are also covering the semifinals being played in Hamburg so that you can get action for both tournaments right here on LWOS. With all of that out of the way, please enjoy our best bets for Prague. WTA Prague Open
Valentova – Snigur: Time 7:30 EST
H2H: 1-0
Our first match of the day in Prague will feature Tereza Valentova vs Daria Snigur. Valentova was a semifinalist here last year. She’s having an off-year compared to last year. They might have been low-level tournaments, but she won four of them in 2025 and five in 2024. She only has one final this year so far, and she lost. Daria Snigur has won two tournaments so far in 2026, both of them were indoor. This is her sixth semifinal of the year, and she’s been in three finals so far. The odds might be against her winning, but she’s got much more of a chance at an upset than one of our other semifinalists.
Best Bet to Make
The books have this match being fairly competitive. The largest gap between these two on any book is .62, and that’s only if you take the highest and the lowest available on any site. These two have only met once before at an indoor tournament in 2024; granted, it was the final. Valentova took the victory in that tournament in straight sets. I do think Snigur has a reasonable shot at an upset here, but both are 7-3 in their last ten matches. That said, Valentova just dumped Marie Bouzkova out in the quarterfinals, so I’m gonna ride the hot hand.
That being said, betting on Valentova winning 2:0 is a value bet for sure.

Tagger – Krejcikova: Time 9:00 EST
H2H: 0-0
Lilli Tagger will take on Barbora Krejcikova in our second Prague semifinal. This will be the first meeting between these two. Krejcikova won the tournament right before this in Athens, and she’s two victories away from winning her second tournament in a row, as she’s heading into the U.S. Open. Her last loss came in the round of 16 at Wimbledon, and that was a three-set affair against Karolina Muchova that truly could have gone either way. Tagger is 5-5 in her last ten matches, but she’s 19-6 overall on a hardcourt. That’s the best thing she has going for her, as all her best efforts have come on the surface. That includes two different finals, and one ITF tournament victory.
Best Bet to Make
At the end of the day, Tagger is a pretty monster underdog. The average odds are 1.17-4.96 in favor of Krejcikova. Some books have Tagger as high as 5.56, and at least nine books have her over 5.00 in general. The best way to make money on this match is taking an alternative bet. My money is on Krejcikova winning by at least 5.5 matches. Not only is the return worth it, but the likelihood of it happening is pretty good. Krejcikova did win here in 2021.
That being said, betting on Krejcikova winning by 5.5 games is a value bet for sure.
