Alexander Zverev in action ahead of Roland Garros.

ATP Miami Best Bets Including Alexander Zverev vs Quentin Halys

The ATP Masters 1000 Miami 1/8-finals keep heating up with some strong matchups. Humbert looks very solid on hard courts and should have the edge despite Cerundolo’s big win last round. Zverev, meanwhile, continues to serve at a high level and has the weapons to control the match if he maintains that consistency. Halys has been impressive this week, but this is a clear step up in class.

ATP Masters 1000 Miami 1/8-Finals

Humbert – Cerundolo: 25.03.2026 00:45 CEST
H2H: 1-1

Ugo Humbert has won three of his last five matches. This week in Miami, the Frenchman defeated Diallo in the opening match in straight sets, not offering any breakpoints. In the third round, Humbert defeated Shevchenko in straight sets. He trailed 2-4 in the second set, but turned it around. Last season in Miami, Humbert lost to Fonseca in the second round in straight sets.

Francisco Cerundolo has won three of his last five matches. This week in Miami, the Argentine defeated Tirante in the opening match in straight sets. He trailed 1-3 in the opening set, but turned it around. In the third round, Cerundolo upset Medvedev in three sets. After losing his serve in the deciding set, Cerundolo stepped up his level and closed out the match. Last season in Miami, the Argentine lost to Dimitrov in the quarterfinals in three tight sets.

Best Bet to Make

According to the bookies, this will be a 50-50 matchup, but we disagree. Humbert is a better hard-court player than Cerundolo and has dominated so far this week in Miami. We expect him to be a better player tonight.

That being said, Humbert winning is a value bet.

Halys – Zverev: 25.03.2026 01:30 CEST
H2H: first meeting

Quentin Halys has won four of his last five matches. This week in Miami, the Frenchman defeated Draxl in three sets after losing the opening set. Halys lost only two games in the second and third sets. In the second round, Halys upset Davidovich Fokina in straight sets. He served great, hitting 15 aces and saving both breakpoints. The Frenchman defeated Majchrzak in the third round in straight sets. He trailed 2-5 in the opening set, but turned it around.

Alexander Zverev has won four of his last five matches. This week in Miami, Zverev defeated Damm in the opening match in straight sets. He served well, not offering any breakpoints. In the third round, Zverev defeated Cilic in three tight sets after playing for almost three hours. Once again, Zverev served well, hitting 19 aces and losing his serve only once. Last season in Miami, the German lost to Fils in the fourth round in three tight sets.

Best Bet to Make

According to the bookies, Zverev is the heavy favourite in this matchup, and we agree. He is in solid form and has all the weapons to dominate in this match. If he serves well, we expect him to keep this match one-sided.

That being said, Zverev covering the games handicap is a value bet.
