ATP French Open quarterfinals
Sinner – Bublik: 04.06.2025 14:00 CEST
H2H: 3-1
Jannik Sinner has won four of his last five matches. This week in Paris, Sinner won all four matches in straight sets. En route to the quarterfinals, the Italian demolished Rinderknech, Gasquet and Lehecka in straight sets. Yesterday in the 1/8-Finals, Rublev had no chances against the world number 1. Sinner was great under pressure, saving all three breakpoints. Last season in Paris, the Italian lost against Alcaraz in the semifinals.
Alexander Bublik has won four of his last five matches. This week in Paris, Bublik easily defeated Duckworth in the first round in straight sets. In the second round, the Kazakh turned the match around against de Minaur and upset the ninth seed in five sets. Rocha had no answer for Bublik’s game in the third round. Yesterday in the 1/8-Finals, the Kazakh upset Draper in four sets. He played incredibly well, coming back after losing the opening set 5-7. In the fourth set, Bublik offered and saved five breakpoints.
Best Bet to Make
According to the bookies, Sinner is the big favourite in this matchup, and we partially agree. However, Bublik has been playing without any pressure this week in Paris. He served great throughout the whole tournament, and we expect him to keep this match tighter than the bookies think.
That being said, Bublik covering the games handicap is a value bet.

Zverev – Djokovic: 04.06.2025 20:15 CEST
H2H: 7-8
Alexander Zverev has won four of his last five matches. Last season in Paris, Zverev was 2-1 up in the final against Alcaraz, but lost in five sets in the end. This week, Zverev easily defeated Tien in straight sets in the opening round. Zverev won against de Jong in four tight sets in the second round. After losing the opening set 3-6, the German stepped up his level and turned the match around. He had it easy against Cobolli in the third round, winning in straight sets easily. Yesterday in the 1/8-Finals, Griekspoor retired mid-match against the German.
Novak Djokovic has won eight straight matches. Last week in Geneva, Djokovic won the title, defeating Hurkacz in the final in three tight sets. With that win, the Serb secured his 100th ATP title. This week in Paris, Djokovic won all four matches so far in straight sets. Yesterday, in the 1/8-Finals, the Serb defeated Norrie in straight sets. He trailed 0-2 in the second set but turned it around. Last season in Paris, Djokovic reached the quarterfinals.
Best Bet to Make
According to the bookies, this will be a 50-50 matchup, but we disagree. Djokovic has been phenomenal this week in Paris. He handles the pressure way better than Zverev. The last time they met in Paris in 2019, in the quarterfinals, Djokovic demolished Zverev in straight sets. His experience will be crucial in this match.
That being said, Djokovic winning is a value bet.
