Only four men are still standing at the ATP Estoril Open. It should be an entertaining semifinal day in Portugal. But who will reach the final?
ATP Estoril Semifinal Predictions
Sebastian Baez vs Albert Ramos Vinolas
Head-to-head: Baez 2-0 Ramos Vinolas
Sebastian Baez is surely climbing is way up in the rankings and the young Argentine is proving to be a threat on the clay courts for seasoned operators as well. Baez has already beaten the likes of Marin Cilic and Richard Gasquet as he looks to make his second ever final appearance.
He takes on Albert Ramos Vinolas, an experienced Spaniard and very adept at winning the clay-court events outside the Masters circuit. The Spaniard has already done so this year and he looks set to be a threat this week again. That being said, Baez will prove tricky for the Spaniard as he’s already beaten him twice in two meetings before. Expect a very close tussle between the two with the Argentine wrestling control of the match initially only to find the Spaniard clawing his way back to nab the win.
Prediction: Ramos Vinolas in 3

Sebastian Korda vs Frances Tiafoe
Head-to-head: Tiafoe 2-0 Korda
America is not known for producing clay-court specialists, but Frances Tiafoe and Sebastian Korda both looked well-equipped to play on the surface. Their success is built principally on the consistency of their ground strokes and their ability to cover the court. But it is Korda who has looked most at home on the clay. There is not a great deal in this match, but expect Korda, who dismissed second seed Felix Auger-Aliassime for the loss of only four games in the previous round, to earn his first win against Tiafoe.
Prediction: Korda in 3
