Alex and Chace are back with another episode of the MnM Hockey Podcast. Today, they take a deep look at the Calgary Flames season so far and why it has been such a disaster. They talk about the Heritage Classic that took place this past weekend and what their thoughts were on it before diving into the Flames play on the ice. They also look at the tragic events that took place this past week with Adam Johnson. As well as examining if the NHL should mandate neckguards.
From there, they speak about Shane Pinto and his 41-game suspension for violating the NHL’s gambling policy. The guys talk about how this could be considered a light suspension and why even though there are plenty of gambling ads, the players can’t be involved with it.
Finally, they wrap up with looking at just how bad the San Jose Sharks have been this season, and how annoyingly good the Boston Bruins have been.
