Thanks to rain, a long-ass race at Texas Motor Speedway just got even longer.
NASCAR postponed the remainder of the Autotrader Echopark Automotive 500 to Monday at 10 a.m., due to unyielding rain showers. In a year full of cancellations, delays and other challenges due to COVID-19, NASCAR officials want to get in the penultimate race of the Cup series and finish things on a high.
NBCSN will carry the live television broadcast. PRN and SiriusXM will carry the radio broadcast.

Clint Bowyer will lead the field back to green.
The Cup Series made it 49 laps into the 34th race of the season, before caution flew for rain. After riding around a few laps, NASCAR Officials red-flagged the event on Lap 53.
