Like other other 2017 cars that have been released over the course of the past week, the Haas features a ‘thumb’ nose design, along with the mounting of a ‘shark fin’ on top of the engine cover, allowing greater control of airflow.

The car also features a new livery for 2017 according to the leaked images online, with the team using a dark grey and red livery, as opposed to their white, grey and red scheme that they used in 2016.

The Haas VF17 will be driven by Romain Grosjean and Kevin Magnussen, who joins the American outfit after leaving Renault at the end of the 2016 Formula 1 Season. Magnussen will be the first of the two drivers to test the car next week in Barcelona, with the Danish driver testing the car on Monday and Tuesday. Grosjean will test the car on Wednesday and Thursday.
