Dan Mullen and the Florida Gators coaching staff have signed one of their top offensive commits. Daejon Reynolds a four-star wide receiver and Gator commit has signed his NLI to the University of Florida.
This is a huge signing for Florida as Reynolds is one of the top receivers in the 2021 class. Reynolds is one of two receivers that is expected to sign with Florida. Additionally, four-star wide receiver Marcus Burke is also expected to sign today.
Who is Daejon Reynolds?
Daejon Reynolds is a four-star wide receiver out of Grayson High School in Loganville, Georgia. The Florida commit is one of the top wide receivers in the country. Reynolds was a sought after recruit. He was courted by several big college programs.
In fact, during his recruitment, Reynolds received 39 offers from some of the top colleges. Reynolds had offers from schools like Auburn, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Miami, Michigan, North Carolina, Texas A&M, and Wisconsin.
On ESPN, Reynolds is the 216th ranked recruit and the 41st ranked wide receiver in the country. While, on the 247 Sports Composite Rankings, Reynolds is the 291st ranked recruit and the 46th ranked wide receiver in the country.
Meanwhile, the Gators have added another top-tier wide receiver who could really make an impact in the future. Reynolds had an amazing senior season at Grayson High School. Reynolds has recorded 1,534 receiving yards and scored 14 touchdowns. On the positive side being an early enrollee, Reynolds will be on campus in January and participate in spring camp.
