This season was rough for him, which led to him getting out of the top 50 in the rankings. Today, in the first round, Giron defeated Andy Murray in straight sets. Marcos served well and saved all three breakpoints.
Jack Draper has lost three of his last five matches. His least favorite part of the season (clay season) is over. Draper plays aggressive tennis which fits the grass surface perfectly. In his first round match here in Stuttgart, Draper won against Ofner in two tiebreaks. In 2018, Draper played in the Wimbledon Boys final where he lost against Tseng in three sets. We are still waiting for him to have a breakthrough season on grass.
