Elena Rybakina in action at Wimbledon.

WTA Wimbledon Second Round Best Bets Including Caty McNally vs Elena Rybakina

WTA Wimbledon second-round play continues on Thursday. The women’s tournament at the All-England Club continues to create a lot of drama and suspense. The top players are being challenged. They aren’t dominating their opponents. Aryna Sabalenka trailed McCartney Kessler 5-2 in the second set before rallying to win a tiebreak and advance to the third round. Coco Gauff almost lost to Solana Sierra, but she broke the Argentine’s serve when trying to stay in the match. She then came back from a 7-4 tiebreak deficit to prevail and escape. What’s going to happen next? Anything seems possible in the ladies’ singles draw at Wimbledon in 2026. LWOS has our best bet for three matches. Post your best bets and thoughts in the comments.

Osorio – Noskova: 11:30 EST

H2H: 1-1

Camila Osorio will take on Linda Noskova in one of the latest matches of the day on the women’s side. These two women have met twice since 2023, each winning one match. Noskova took their Billie Jean King Cup match in straight sets, but Osorio won their quarterfinal match at WTA Lyon. The rubber match will take place at Wimbledon. Osorio is 6-4 in her last ten matches, and she won a title at WTA Manila earlier in the year. Similar to Osorio, Noskova also has a title to her name in 2026, and a 7-3 record in her last ten matches, including her WTA Berlin title.

Best Bet to Make

Linda Noskova is very much the favorite in this match. The average odds are 1.2-4.5 in favor of Noskova. Noskova is 6-1 on grass in 2026, while Osorio is 1-1. There’s also the discrepancy between their World rankings, as Noskova is No. 12 in the World, and Osorio is No. 68. That said, Osorio knows she can beat Noskova and likely won’t play scared. Osorio might as well go for broke, as she’s 13-14 on grass in her career compared to Noskova’s 18-10 record on the same surface. I like taking Noskova 2:0 at 1.7 on William Hill. Keep it simple since these two have split their two meetings.

That being said, betting on Noskova 2:0 is a value bet for sure.

McNally – Rybakina: Time 12:00 EST

H2H: 1-1

Our next match is Caty McNally vs Elena Rybakina. Rybakina is a former Wimbledon winner, having won here in 2022. McNally has yet to reach the third round at Wimbledon, but will be no less of a challenge for Rybakina. The two of them are 1-1 against each other; Rybakina took their second-round match in Beijing in 2025, and McNally took their first-round match at Charleston in 2021. McNally is also 6-3 on grass this year, and Rybakina is just 2-2 so far. It’s also worth pointing out that McNally has never had a set against Rybakina that didn’t at least finish 6-3.

Best Bet to Make

These two seem to go back-and-forth when they play. McNally has won at least four games in 50% of their sets played. McNally may win if Rybakina is not fully prepared and ready to give this her all. She has no reason to fear Rybakina, just respect her. I think it’s likely that McNally steals a set in this match, but I’m not going to tell you to bet on total sets. Instead, I think it would be wise to bet on total games, and 20.5 seems like the magic number. At 1.88 on 1xbet, you’re going to get a solid return.

That being said, betting on over 20.5 games is a value bet for sure.

Value bet/ the best odds: over 20.5 games @1.88 @1xbet

Paolini – Golubic: Time 12:30 EST

H2H: 1-3

Jasmine Paolini will take on Viktorija Golubic in the final match of the afternoon for the ladies. Of all the matches on tomorrow’s card, this is the one that has me the most excited. Golubic is No. 62 in the World, but she can often play well above her station. Paolini did make the Wimbledon final in 2024, but that’s the only time she’s ever been past the first round at Wimbledon. She’s since managed to reach the second round last year, but that was as far as she went. Golubic has also only had one deep run at Wimbledon, which was her 2021 quarterfinal finish. Paolini has also been struggling in 2026. She’s just 13-12 overall with one semifinal appearance.

Best Bet to Make

It is absolutely wild to me that Paolini is a 1.6-2.3 favorite in this match. Not only has she lost three of their four meetings, but Golubic is also playing way better than Paolini entering Wimbledon. Paolini is 5-5 compared to Golubic’s 7-3 record in their last ten matches. Golubic is also coming off a semifinal appearance at WTA Nottingham, right before Wimbledon. Nottingham is also on grass, so she’s got that going for her as well. If you compare them straight up, Golubic is having a better year by any metric.

That being said, betting on Golubic winning is a value bet for sure.
