ATP Monte Carlo Best Bets Including Carlos Alcaraz vs Alexander Bublik

The ATP Masters 1000 Monte Carlo quarterfinals continue with exciting matchups as players push for a place in the semifinals. With top contenders in strong form and underdogs gaining confidence, these clashes offer solid value based on momentum and clay-court performance.

ATP Masters 1000 Monte Carlo quarterfinals

Alcaraz – Bublik: 10.04.2026 14:00 CEST
H2H: first meeting

Carlos Alcaraz has won three of his last five matches. This week in Monte Carlo, the Spaniard defeated Baez in the opening match in straight sets. In the 1/8-Finals, Alcaraz defeated Etcheverry in three sets. Besides struggling on his serve in the second set, the Spaniard dominated in the opening and third sets. He is the defending champion here. Last season, Alcaraz defeated Musetti in the final.

Alexander Bublik has won three of his last five matches. This week in Monte Carlo, Bublik won the opening match against Monfils in straight sets. Besides losing his serve once, the Kazakh dominated on his serve. In the 1/8-Finals, Bublik defeated Lehecka in straight sets. He served great, not offering any breakpoints. The Kazakh had a breakthrough season last year on clay, winning consecutive ATP titles.

Best Bet to Make

According to the bookies, Alcaraz is the favourite in this matchup, and we agree. He is the best clay-court player in the world and enjoys playing in Monte Carlo. We expect him to dominate the rallies and get a comfortable win.

That being said, Alcaraz covering the games handicap is a value bet.

Vacherot – De Minaur: 10.04.2026 15:30 CEST
H2H: first meeting

Valentin Vacherot has won four of his last five matches. This week in Monte Carlo, Vacherot defeated J.M. Cerundolo in three sets, after losing the opening set. In the 1/8-Finals, he defeated Hurkacz in three sets after losing the opening set 6-7. Last season in Monte Carlo, Vacherot lost to Dimitrov in the second round.

Alex de Minaur has won three of his last five matches. This week in Monte Carlo, de Minaur defeated Norrie in the opening match in three tight sets. He trailed 2-4 in the opening set, but turned it around. After losing his serve at the beginning of the third set, de Minaur stepped up his level and turned the match around. In the 1/8-Finals, the Australian outlasted Blockx in straight sets. Once again, de Minaur trailed 2-4 in the opening set, but turned it around. Last season in Monte Carlo, the Australian lost to Musetti in the semifinals in three tight sets.

Best Bet to Make

According to the bookies, Vacherot is the underdog in this matchup, but we disagree. He enjoys playing at the Masters 1000 level and now has a chance at reaching the semifinals on home soil. We expect him to keep this match close.

That being said, Vacherot covering the games handicap is a value bet.
