ATP Wimbledon Best Bets Including Alcaraz vs Vukic

Carlos Alcaraz ahead of ATP Queen's Club

ATP Wimbledon 1/32-Finals

Alcaraz – Vukic: 03.07.2024 15:30 CEST
H2H: 0-1

Carlos Alcaraz has won four of his last five matches. After he lifted the trophy at the French Open as we predicted, Carlos played only one preparation tournament. Two weeks ago in London, Carlos was defeated by Jack Draper in the 1/8-Finals. In the first round here at Wimbledon, Alcaraz defeated Lajal in three tight sets as we predicted. The former world number 1 needs to step up his tennis and defend the title here at Wimbledon. Last year at Wimbledon, Carlos played his best tennis. En route to the title, Alcaraz won against Berrettini, Rune, Medvedev, Djokovic and some other great players.

Aleksandar Vukic has won four of his last five matches. Last week in Eastbourne, Vukic reached the semifinals where he lost against Taylor Fritz in straight sets. The Australian loves to play on grass, and has already played 13 matches on grass this season, and has a winning 8-5 record. Here at Wimbledon, Vukic defeated Ofner in the first round after almost four hours. Vukic was 2-4 down in the deciding set, and even saved one match point. However, he stayed calm and won the match in the end. Last year at Wimbledon, Vukic lost in the second round against Halys in straight sets.

Best Bet to Make

According to the bookies, the defending champion is the big favorite in this matchup. Vukic is a great server, so we believe that he will win many free points on his serve. That being said, we expect Vukic to keep this match tight.

All being said, Vukic covering the games handicap is a value bet.

Value bet/ the best odds: Aleksandar Vučić +7.5 games handicap @2.00 @bet365

Cazaux – Bublik: 03.07.2024 Time TBA
H2H: first meeting

Arthur Cazaux has lost three of his last five matches. Last week, Cazaux tried to qualify for the ATP Eastbourne. However, he failed in the first qualifying round. Here at Wimbledon, Arthur defeated Bergs in the first round after spending over four hours on the court. Cazaux defeated Bergs in five sets, winning in the fifth set tiebreak 10-8. Last year at Wimbledon, Arthur failed to qualify. He lost in the first qualifying round against Zeppieri in straight sets.

Alexander Bublik has lost three of his last five matches. Last week in Eastbourne, Bublik lost his first match against Vukic in straight sets. Before that, Bublik reached the 1/8-Finals in Halle where he lost against Eubanks in three tight sets. Here at Wimbledon, Bublik won his first round match against Mensik in five tough sets as we predicted. Last year, Bublik won the title in Halle, where he won against Rublev in the final. After that, Alexander reached the 1/8-Finals at Wimbledon where he lost against Andrey Rublev in five tough sets.

Best Bet to Make

According to the bookies, Bublik is the favorite in this matchup. Looking at his experience playing on grass, and his overall grass court results, we believe that Bublik will dominate against Cazaux. Arthur had a tough first round match, and his fitness has always been an issue.

That being said, Bublik covering the games handicap is a value bet.

Value bet/ the best odds: Alexander Bublik -4.5 games handicap @2.00 @bet365
